Studio Policies

Respect the space. Respect the process. Let’s make great work together.

Booking & Deposits

  • Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your date.
  • Remainder is due at end of your session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
  • Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may incur a fee or forfeit the deposit.
  • If weather or emergencies come up (it’s Upstate, we get it), just communicate as soon as possible.

Punctuality

  • Your session begins at the scheduled time, not when you arrive—so plan to show up a little early if you need to settle in.
  • Late arrivals may cut into your session time, depending on the day’s schedule.

Session Conduct

  • This is a professional space. Be respectful of the room, the gear, and the energy.
  • Small groups are welcome, but this isn’t a hangout spot. Only bring people directly involved in the session.
  • All beverages must have a lid
  • No smoking inside. There is a designated outside area. Please respect our neighbors.

File Handling & Delivery

  • You’ll receive a link to your files within the agreed turnaround time. Depending on the project and our availability, typically 3–7 business days.
  • Need files sooner? Let us know in advance—rush delivery may be available at an added cost.
  • Backup your files. We archive sessions for 6 months-1 year but long-term storage is your responsibility.

Revisions

  • Production, mixes, and masters typically include unlimited revisions, unless it gets out of hand for some unprofessional reason.

Rates & Payment

  • Rates vary depending on the scope of the project.
  • Payment can be made via cash, card, PayPal, and Venmo. Payment plans are available for larger projects—just ask.

Credit & Usage

  • If we work together on production, mixing, or writing, proper credit is expected on all releases.
  • We're always happy to clarify how to tag or credit the work across streaming platforms and socials.
